Who is the poet for this poem

If i am not wrong this was a puzzle poem(the
fourth line)given as a puzzle to tenali rama krishna by another poet in the court of Sri Krishna Devaraya(of vijayanagaram dynasty) Tenali Rama Krishna came up with a clever way to fill in the rest. Also for some reason tenali ramakrishna got furious listening to this puzzle. Our telugu teacher told us about this i couldn't recall the reason though.
